Return Policy

Following are the details of the return policy applicable for Magazines/Comics sold on nebrothers.com.

Magazine/Comic once sold will not be taken back or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing/binding defect, or is different from what was ordered.

Under such condition, we will replace the item with the one you have ordered. However, the replacement will be issued only if it is determined that the item was not damaged while in your possession, or a different item is shipped to you.

If any item shipped to you is in faulty/damaged condition, you are requested to notify us within 48 hours from the receipt of the item by e-mailing the images of the faulty/damaged at info@nebrothers.com.

The defective item must be returned to us in their original condition with original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you within 10 days after receiving the item.

A refund or replacement will be initiated once we receive the item.

Refund

 In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount.

We will provide refund using the same payment method with which you have made purchase from nebrothers.com via cheque, card or bank transfer.

You can directly contact our customer services team/write to us at info@nebrothers.com for a request for return/replacement/refund.

Once your request is approved, we may take about 15 working days to replace/refund, whichever case is applicable.

 

Shipping

1. NE Brothers Entertainments Pvt. Ltd delivers magazines and comics to all the major cities and towns in India. We provide FREE delivery within India. Buyer will not have to pay for shipping charges within India.

2. We also ship to international locations. However, the applicable shipping charges will have to be borne by the buyer.

3. International buyers may add items to shopping cart and then contact us at info@nebrothers.com or directly call at our office numbers provided at the website Contact Details page. We would then get in touch with shipping costs.

4. We would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address, in case, your order is not serviceable by our courier partners or the area is not covered. If there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by NE Brothers Entertainments Pvt. Ltd, we will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product.
